Prepared county letter
When you submit the prepared county letter, the form collects the name, email address, city or town, state, and county selections you provide. Those details are used to create your signed correspondence and deliver it to the selected public county addresses. Your email address is included in the letter as contact information; it is not used as the message's sending address.
The delivery service may also process basic technical information necessary to operate and protect the form, including network information used for anti-abuse controls. The site may use third-party infrastructure providers, including its web host and email-delivery provider, to complete the requested delivery.
Analytics and campaign attribution
The site is built to support optional traffic analytics and advertising-conversion measurement. If those services are configured by the campaign, they may receive page views, campaign parameters such as UTM tags, and interaction events such as beginning or completing the letter flow. The site does not need analytics to deliver the prepared letter.
Public officials and third-party sites
When you send a letter, the information in that signed letter is transmitted to public officials or public county addresses you selected. Links to the Adirondack Park Agency, Change.org, X, county websites, and other external services are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Data sales and public profiles
I Stand With UCI does not create public user profiles from the letter form and does not sell information submitted through the form. A submission is made for the specific purpose of delivering the correspondence requested by the signer and operating the campaign's site infrastructure.
